Mike (Michael) Pogue is a commercial litigation and business attorney based in Sun Valley, Idaho, with nearly three decades of legal experience. He currently practices with Gravis Law PLLC, focusing on commercial law, real estate disputes, business matters, family law, technology agreements, and intellectual property issues. Prior to relocating to Idaho, Mike practiced in Palo Alto, California at a premier global law firm serving emerging technology companies and international businesses. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions, as well as before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Mike earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco, graduating in the top five percent of his class while serving as an Editor of the Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in English Literature from UCLA.
